With spring approaching there is a lot happening at Creek Side Gardens. Planting of geraniums and perennials has been going on for the past couple of weeks. These plants need a head start so they are ready for you when spring arrives. In March we start on the XL container gardens and hanging baskets. You are always welcome to visit and tour the greenhouses.
Garden Décor Shop and Boutique
This season we expanded the garden décor space with even more outdoor pottery, fountains, bird baths and garden art. The boutique will still have its special charm. Garden t-shirts, garden hats, candles, jewelry, towels, and garden attire.
Glasshouse
An ever-changing oasis of displays in the glasshouse to welcome a new crop of houseplants, succulents as well as herbs. The glasshouse is a warm and inviting place to come, hang out, listen to a soothing fountain and sit on a bench while we wait out the winter months.
Yard and Garden Shop
Inside the Yard and Garden Shop you will find all the latest in gardening accessories and supplies. Offering a big selection of houseplant pottery in a variety of styles, sizes and colors – including traditional terracotta. Our organic fertilizer choices have expanded considerably. Check out new Down to Earth and Espoma BioTone organic fertilizer blends. The traditional Jacks fertilizer for indoor and outdoor use remains our top seller. The Green Team will help make recommendations for bug and disease control on indoor and outdoor plants.
Seeds and Seed Sowing Supplies
Fresh seeds ready for planting flowers, vegetables and herbs. Check out our new indoor seed sowing station with LED lights and heating mat. ProMix potting soil and a selection of seed sowing containers to choose from.
Garden Classes
‘SPRING’ into action for 2024 Our spring class schedule is to help motivate and inspire you to get a jump on planting indoors and outdoors. Check out the class schedule on our website. All classes are held on Saturday mornings at 10:00am. Bring a cup of coffee and a notepad and our green team will fill your mind with excellent knowledge and ideas.
