We naturally cannot resist the urge to celebrate the end of the growing season by decorating with all the warm and comforting color tones that makes the fall season special. Gold and yellow, red, orange and brown, all the earth color tones that we equate with nature at this time of the year.
Gift Shop Open House
NEW DATE! Thursday, November 6, 2025 – 3-7pm – the Indoor Living Gift Shop and Boutique will be all decked out with holiday candles, towels, table decor gifts and more! Sip on a glass of wine and nibble on snacks. Bring a friend, and get a special gift. A drawing will be held for some select gift items. Additionally, we will have a new section this season called, ‘Christmas for the Garden’. All things that a gardener will love from sun hats, bird feeders, garden flags, birdbaths, fountains, chimes and so much more.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving is Creek Side’s official kick-off to the Holiday Season. Fresh Christmas trees, wreaths, greens and garland will be available. In addition, our Glasshouse is full of Poinsettias, Christmas Cactus, Amaryllis and beautiful Holiday blooming plants.
Free, Fun, Live, Holiday Demonstrations during the day:
10:00am – Winter Porch pots – use your empty flower pots filled with soil to create a winter porch pot. We will show you how to add cut fresh evergreens, pinecones, a bow and extras.
11:00am – Poinsettia and Holiday Plant Care – you received a poinsettia, Christmas Cactus, or other holiday plant –now what? How do I take care of it? This informative talk will guide you and answer any questions that you may have
1:00pm – Fresh Greenery Tabletop / Centerpiece décor – learn how to make a beautiful centerpiece with clipped greens, wet oasis block and add-ons like berries, twigs, pinecones, candles, bows and more.
