Our August Summer Harvest Celebration featured the fine summer harvest vegetable and fruit dishes from our partner, The Crazy Caterer. Nothing like snacking on fresh harvest inspired dishes with vegetable and fruit themes! Plus, live music and a raffle give away of free plants and gardening supplies is always popular!
The weather for Pumpkin Fest, the first weekend in October was beautiful this year! The Creek Side Courtyard was filled with families enjoying the free games, pony rides, hayrides, hot dogs and of course all the bright colorful hues of the Fall Season, including a mountain of pumpkins. Lots of great photo opportunities were created and captured.
As our Creek Side Event schedule continues into the Holiday season, don’t miss these upcoming events!
The Annual Artisan Craft Fair will be held the first Saturday in November from 10am-3pm. Many of last year’s exhibitors will be on hand, plus a great group of new and original crafters.
Small Business Saturday on the Saturday following Thanksgiving will kick off the Creek Side Holiday spectacle with a re-decorated Indoor Living Gift and Home Décor Boutique featuring the trappings of an excellent holiday season. The Glasshouse shows off all the different colors of Poinsettias and Christmas Cactus you can think of. And, our fresh cut crop of Christmas trees, wreaths and greens, in all shapes and sizes will be on display, ready to decorate your home.
Keep your eyes open for a new Holiday Event at Creek Side Gardens in early December! The hot chocolate, spiced cider drinks plus candy canes and cookies will be plentiful. Fresh Wreath Tying classes will be available to attend all weekend to help you nourish your holiday spirit as well!
If you may have attended a Creek Side event in the past, we welcome you back. If you have never attended a free Creek Side Event, there is still time this year for you to participate.
