Creek Side Fall and Holiday Gift Shop is OPEN!
As the economy continues to challenge our checkbooks, here at Creek Side Gardens we try to focus on the gifts that work with every budget. Additionally, customers are shopping earlier to get the gifts they want to get for friends and family.
Demographics change, people move on, and we must stay abreast of the ever-changing trends. This year, we gathered thoughts from staff members, customers and current ‘hot items’ on such things as Pinterest, magazines, and more. Here are our themes for this season.
Enchanted Forest
Organic elements and colors
Candles that have scents of Balsam and Frasier Fir, Evergreen and Winterberry.
- Glass pinecone ornaments as forest animals tucked into the tree. Mango wood stars, mushrooms and hearts fill the tree with natural textures.
Tabletop trees are perfect for mantels, and we have miniature strings of lights that work perfectly.- Classy towels with natural designs with trees, gingham and snowflakes and wooden décor add to the collection.
Winterberry –
Winterberry candles and cranberry-colored candles are a differentiation from bright ‘Christmas Red’.

Modern Christmas
Black, White, Navy and Grey are trending this season. The younger generations are not as interested in the Red and Green traditional colors.- Black and white towels

Sustainability

- You’re going to need a beautiful clay mug or soup bowl! A soup bowl and a soup mix would make a great gift.
- Natural heat/cold neck wraps filled with Lentils and Lavendar – soothes the soul.
