Ingredients:
2 egg whites
Dash of salt
¾ cup sugar
1 – 6 ounce package of butterscotch, chocolate, or mint chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Fold in flavored chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet-these stay in the shape they are dropped, so form into candy kiss shape. Put in oven and close door. TURN OVEN OFF!
