Heirloom Pumpkins
Yes, pumpkins are available in a variety colors now thanks to our rich farming heritage and more widely requested heirloom varieties. Cinderella, Ghost White, Long Island Cheese and Jarrahdale Green are all here at Creek Side while they last.
Pie Pumpkins
Just what the name suggests, pie pumpkins are typically smaller and round. The flavor is more desirable in this type and makes great pies! Use a hollowed-out pie pumpkin as a bowl to serve a hearty soup, such as Beer Cheese.
Mini’s
The Jack-Be-Little’s are so much fun to decorate, with the concaved top, it is perfect to adhere some faux leaves, flowers and moss. So, pull out your glue gun and get creative.
Along with the Jack-Be-Littles, Wee-Be Little pumpkins and small gourds are perfect for a holiday table runner with greenery, candles and natural elements.
Regular and Warted Pumpkins
Can’t go wrong with a classic Jack-O-Lantern pumpkin, perfect for carving. Hint: cut the opening on the bottom of the pumpkin to clean out the seeds keeping the top of the pumpkin looking perfect. Creek Side Gardens has all sizes of regular pumpkins.
Warty pumpkins are crazy weird and fun. These make great additions to a porch kit or a spooky scene in your yard. The warts vary in size and colors.
