One of the unique aspects of Creek Side Gardens is our Indoor Living Gift and Décor Boutique. Often when we ask our guests if they are ready to check out, they ask us where our great selection of gifts and décor comes from?
Way back in September and October of last year, spring was already in full swing at Creek Side. At least on paper. For starters, the catalogs are all opened throughout the office to see what is new and exciting. We also attend several buying shows to explore new suppliers and to examine the quality of the merchandise in person.
This year, we are introducing several new gift lines into the Indoor Living Gift Shop and Boutique. Some of the new lines are;
Sky Horse Publishing with a great selection of reasonably priced garden inspired books
Counter Couture featuring modern home good and gifts including kitchen towels and glassware
Joy Susan expands our women’s wear offering off scarves, jewelry, clutches and hats
Tatine Candles offering haunting fragrance compositions rooted in nature
Additionally, we have your old favorites such as Rosy Rings, Michel Design and Kalalou. Please stop by this spring to see for yourself and check it all out. New shipments are arriving daily!
Did we tell you about Grown Fresh™ Greenhouse Planting?
It’s hard to believe that Mother’s Day is just 10 weeks away. This tells us that there will be a lot more planting taking place in the greenhouse throughout the month of March to make sure everything is ready! All the Grown Fresh™ perennials were planted in early February. During the last couple of weeks, we completed planting the largest sizes of Grown Fresh™Container Gardens and Hanging Baskets. Now on to the medium size Containers and Baskets.
